The Interview
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early for guest registration at building entrance.  Please check your connection prior to your phone or on-line interview. We expect you to be prepared for interviews and to have reviewed the job description.

Job Offer
The time it takes to respond may vary depending on the number of candidates.  Before an offer can be made, we conduct a search to validate your degrees and checkprevious jobs and references provided.  We expect a minimum of two references, ideally supervisors from different companies. The offer process starts with Human Resources contacting you with details of the offer and next steps.  Offers are made verbally and put in writing upon your acceptance.  The ensuing process shall be governed by the applicable labor laws.

We work together during your on boarding and adaptation period. During your first two weeks, you will have the opportunity to meet colleagues, quickly integrate with our team and find the answers to your questions with the support of your Orientation Partner.
