Your Orientation Partner will meet with you on your first business day and is responsible for assisting you to quickly integrate into the company environment, provide answers and support for a smooth transition into your new job.
The “chATPot Mentor” application which facilitates the onboarding process answers your questions about our digital processes and applications.
We support the recruitment process with the “I Have a Candidate” program, where we reward our employees for aproposing candidates.
As part of development and performance management every year, managers and employees set objectives aligned with company goals. Areas for development are determined after review of performance objectives with each employee.
Every employee completing six months of employment and one performance evaluation is eligible for recommendation to the Talent Board. After an initial assessment, candidates are reviewed by a committee for acceptance to the Talent Development Program. Curricula are created according to each employee’s development needs and objectives. Participants can select between a management or technical leadership track, and work on their skills accordingly.
